By a transfer of assets from Northampton Borough Council to East Hunsbury Parish Council on 31st March 2021, the parish council were transferred the following assets:

Blacky More Community Centre
Blacky More open space
Penvale Park
Grangewood Park

The parish council are currently working with West Northants Council on the proposed transfer of Stonepit open space, and Granary East and Granary West open spaces. It is hoped that these transfers will complete to the parish council in 2024.
