Winvic have provided notification of overnight road closures on the 1st and 2nd November 2024 between 22:00 and 6:00 hrs, and affecting the following roads:

M1 Northbound Onslip
M1 South Southbound Onslip
A45 Northbound to Watering Lane
A508 Southbound from Segro roundabout

There will be no access to M1 Northbound or A45 Northbound from Grange Park and surrounding businesses.

Notification of emergency major earthwork repairs - Rowtree Road

Notification of emergency major earthwork repairs - Rowtree Road

Network Rail are carrying out emergency major earthwork repairs to a failed embankment at Rowtree Road.

The works started on Wednesday 16th October and will run until Sunday 10th November.

An emergency half land road and footpath closure have been implemented to ensure plant and materials are safely transported to site.

We have received notification from National Highways of planned essential maintenance works on the A45.

We're upgrading the current lighting to LEDs on the A45 between Brackmills and Raunds.

The new LED lighting will be more energy efficient and require less maintenance in the future.

Resurfacing works - Collingtree Park development - 25th October 2024

Vistry have notified us that their contractor will be undertaking resurfacing works to the entrance of the Collingtree Park site, affecting access to the properties beyond the golf club overnight on the 25th October.

The works are planned to occur between the hours of 2100 and 0600. Delays are expected but these should be no more than 15 minutes in duration.
