Northampton South SUE - Collingtree Park development

Phase 2 of the Collingtree Park development will expand into East Hunsbury, increasing the number of properties and residents in the parish. As this part of the parish grows we will publish information about the development here so that it is easily accessible.

Members of the parish council meet with Vistry on a regular basis, to receive updates on the development works and future plans of the Collingtree Park development. This enables us to keep residents up to date with the works, pass on essential information, and address any concerns that residents have so that they can be dealt with appropriately. Let us know of any comments, queries, or concerns you would like us to raise with them on your behalf. Minutes of these meetings will be produced and presented at the next available Parish Council meeting and publicly available thereafter.

West Northants Council have given a new number to all of the outstanding Conditions of the original planning application which is also available on the planning portal - search for application number WNN/2023/0026.
