Planning

Planning Applications are ordinarily discussed at full Council meetings. The Agenda for the forthcoming meeting is published at least 3 days prior to the meeting and will include details of any planning application that we have been notified of, and that falls within the specified time scale for responding. While the Parish Council consider and comment upon applications affecting the parish, it has no power to decide planning applications. The planning authority is West Northamptonshire Council who take our comments into account when making their decision on applications.

The national Planning Portal is an online one-stop guidance and advice website on planning and building services in the UK. You will also be able to find plenty of advice about planning applications on West Northamptonshire Council's website, where you can also search for specific planning applications.
