East Hunsbury Youth Club, Danes Camp Leisure Centre
The parish council fund a Youth Club which is provided by Trilogy at Danes Camp Leisure Centre, and is FREE to attend for children and young people living in the East Hunsbury parish.
The Youth Club offers a variety of activities including badminton, table tennis, craft sessions, rollerskating, and the popular end of term party!
The Youth Club is on Tuesday evenings with two sessions:
5-8 Years: 4.45pm - 5.45pm
9-13 Years: 6.00pm - 7.00pm
Please note that these sessions are only available for children and young people residing within the East Hunsbury parish boundary. You will be asked to supply an eligible postcode to attend.
You do not need to be a member of Danes Camp Leisure Centre to attend.

Blacky More Community centre
A fun group for girls aged 7-10. Brownies is a great opportunity for girls to meet new friends, enjoy new challenges and become a part of their local community. At our regular meeting on a Thursday evening, girls will get together with their friends to learn new hobbies, get creative, develop skills and have outdoor adventures, all whilst working towards new badges. Girls will also have the opportunity to go to camps, holidays & go on day trips.

MAD Club
For individuals aged between 8-18 years old, the MAD Club is a place where all who love to sing, dance and act can let their inhibitions go!!
No auditions or try outs – if you love it, we love you!!

- The Scout Group all meet on a Monday night at The Abbey Centre unless programmed out and about.
- Beavers are aged 6 to 8 and meet from 18:15 to 19:15
- Cubs are aged 8 to 10 and meet from 18:30 to 20:00
- Scouts are aged 10 to 14 and meet from 19:30 until 21:00
- The group can also offer opportunities for young people from 14 to 25 for service and volunteering eg for DofE awards
- Due to growth the group is also looking for adult volunteers to support the delivery of the programme (leadership team) and support functions (accounts, trustees, fund raising etc: not a weekly commitment.)
